Bisexual Brit diver Dan Cope announced plans for a naked skydive back in September to raise funds for The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice, which provides a range of care and services to terminally ill children and their families. Dan completed his dive on November 30 from a height of 10,000 ft, braving temperatures as low as -10°C (14°F). Considering the cold temps, that’s still a pretty big blurred-out spot:
Good for him.
And great for The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice. Cope had originally intended to raise £500 (’bout $800), but he went above and beyond his goal with almost £2500 (’bout $4000) pledged from around the world. Even though his dive is over — and Dan has officially been inducted into the The Society for the Advancement of Naked Skydivers (SANS), which is evidently a thing — there’s still a ways to go. Click here to donate through Virgin Money Giving to help Cope reach £3000. C’mon, it’s for the kids.
